here got 1 question which cannot be solved by me and CC~

any 1 can do for me ?

The quadratic equation kx² + 7x = (5 + x )m has the roots a/2 and b/2.

Given that a+b=8 and ab=4. Find the values of k and m.

Ok anybody can help me to do?
